On Thursday, in the morning, at Government House, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM signed a Message for a Bill.

In the afternoon, at Parliament House, Her Excellency presided at a meeting of Executive Council.

Following, at Government House, Her Excellency and Professor Graeme Nimmo RFD hosted a reception in support of International Day of People with Disability, and the Governor addressed guests.

In the evening, at Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre, South Brisbane, Her Excellency attended the Queensland Sport Awards and Hall of Fame Induction, and the Governor addressed guests.
