On Thursday, in the morning, at 1 William Street, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC presided at a meeting of the Executive Council.

In the afternoon, His Excellency departed Government House for official travel to Mackay.

In the evening, at The Church on Palmer, North Mackay, His Excellency hosted a dinner in recognition of bushfire recovery efforts, and the Governor addressed guests.
