On Friday, in the morning, at Hinchinbrook Shire Council Chambers, Ingham, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC, received a briefing from Hinchinbrook Shire Council representatives.

Following, at Ingham, His Excellency and Mrs Kaye de Jersey visited Ingham State School, and the Governor addressed students and guests and Mrs de Jersey read a book to students and guests. 

Following, at Hinchinbrook Shire Hall, Ingham, His Excellency and Mrs de Jersey hosted a community morning tea, and the Governor addressed guests.

Following, at Ingham Fire Station, Ingham, His Excellency and Mrs de Jersey met representatives of the Emergency Services, and the Governor addressed guests.

Following, at JK’s Delicatessen, Ingham, His Excellency and Mrs de Jersey received Mayor, Hinchinbrook Shire Council, Cr Ramon Jayo.

In the afternoon, at the Civic Centre, Tully, His Excellency and Mrs de Jersey received a briefing from Cassowary Coast Regional Council representatives. 

Following, at Tully, His Excellency and Mrs de Jersey visited Tully State School, and the Governor addressed students and guests and Mrs de Jersey read a book to students and guests.
