On Friday, in the morning, Her Excellency, the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM and Professor Graeme Nimmo RFD departed Brisbane for Official Travel to Somerset Regional Council.

In the afternoon, at Brisbane Valley Protein, Coominya, Her Excellency and Professor Nimmo toured the facilities and met with staff.

Following, at Esk Hospital, Her Excellency and Professor Nimmo toured the facilities and met with staff.

Following, Her Excellency and Professor Nimmo departed Somerset Regional Council for Toowoomba Regional Council.

Following, at Toowoomba Showgrounds, Glenvale, Her Excellency and Professor Nimmo attended the 2023 Heritage Bank Toowoomba Royal Show and Her Excellency Officially Opened the Show and provided remarks.

In the evening, at Toowoomba Showgrounds, Glenvale, Her Excellency and Professor Nimmo attended the Royal Agricultural Society of Queensland Chairman’s Dinner.
