Official Opening of Royal Doctor Flying Service Charleville Base, Hangar and Visitor Centre
On Friday, in the morning, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC and Mrs Kaye de Jersey, visited Charleville, South West Queensland, where: Federal Member for Maranoa, The Honourable Bruce Scott MP provided a briefing on drought and regional issues; the Governor opened the Royal Flying Doctor Service, Charleville Base, Hangar and Visitor Centre; and hosted by Murweh Shire Council (MSC) Mayor, Cr. Denis Cook, MSC Councillors and staff, toured Charleville and received a briefing, before returning to Brisbane.
