On Monday, in the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young PSM and Professor Graeme Nimmo RFD departed Government House for official travel to Fraser Coast Regional Council. 

Following, at Hervey Bay Hospital, Her Excellency and Professor Nimmo toured the facility. 

Following, at Hervey Bay Hospital, Her Excellency and Professor Nimmo attended a working lunch with Fraser Coast Regional Council Mayor, Councillor George Seymor.  

In the afternoon, at Maryborough Hospital, Her Excellency and Professor Nimmo toured the facility. 

Following, at Maryborough Military and Colonial Museum, Her Excellency and Professor Nimmo toured the gallery. 

Following, at Queen's Park, Maryborough, Her Excellency and Professor Nimmo visited the Maryborough War Memorial and laid a wreath.  

Following, at Queen’s Park, Maryborough, Her Excellency planted a tree as a symbol of renewal after the floods.  

Following, at Fraser Coast Regional Council Chambers, Maryborough, Her Excellency and Professor Nimmo received a briefing from Fraser Coast Regional Council representatives.
