In the morning, at St. Columba’s Catholic Church, Wilston, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC attended the funeral service for the Honourable William Carter QC.

In the afternoon, at Government House, the Governor and Mrs Kaye de Jersey received the High Commissioner of Britain to Australia, His Excellency Mr Paul Madden CMG and Mrs Sarah Madden.
