On Tuesday, in the morning, at Parliament House, Brisbane, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC and Mrs Kaye de Jersey attended the Cancer Council Queensland morning tea to mark 20 years of World Cancer Day, and the Governor addressed guests.

In the afternoon, at the Electoral Commission Warehouse, Coopers Plains, His Excellency received a briefing from the Electoral Commissioner of Queensland and Electoral Commission of Queensland representatives.
