In the morning, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC received Commanding Officer, HMAS Toowoomba, Commander Catherine Hayes RAN and Commander, Navy Headquarters - South Queensland, Commander Peter Tedman DSM, OAM, ADC, RAN.
In the afternoon, at Parliament House, the Governor presided at a meeting of the Executive Council.
In the evening, the Governor and Mrs Kaye de Jersey hosted a reception to celebrate the Official Birthday of Her Majesty The Queen.
