On Saturday, in the morning, at Fig Tree Pocket State School, Fig Tree Pocket, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC CVO attended the School’s Sesquicentenary Celebrations ‘Back to the Pocket Festival’ and addressed guests.

On Saturday, in the morning, at Queensland Maritime Museum, South Brisbane, Mrs Kaye de Jersey attended and officially launched the book 'Arnie: Pearls and Luggers in the Torres Strait', opened the exhibition 'Indigenous Watercraft and Pearling' and addressed guests.
