On Monday, in the morning, at Moreton Bay College, Manly West, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM opened the Moreton Bay College, Early Learning Precinct - Bay Beginnings, and the Governor unveiled a plaque and addressed guests.
