In the evening, at the Queensland Performing Arts Centre, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC and Mrs Kaye de Jersey attending a Brisbane Festival opening night performance, ‘Rise for the Oceans – a celebration of the sea’, and then attended the opening night function at the Cultural Forecourt, South Bank.
