On Saturday, in the morning, at the Royal Queensland Yacht Squadron, Manly, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC and Mrs Kaye de Jersey attended the opening of the 136th Sailing Season, and the Governor officiated, presented awards and addressed guests.
