On Thursday, in the morning, at 1 William Street, Brisbane, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC presided at a meeting of the Executive Council of Queensland.

In the afternoon, at Government House, the Governor and Mrs Kaye de Jersey hosted a reception to celebrate Hear and Say’s 25th anniversary where His Excellency addressed guests.

Following, at the Lyric Theatre, Queensland Performing Arts Centre, the Governor and Mrs de Jersey attended the Royal Ballet’s opening night performance of ‘The Winter’s Tale’ followed by a post-performance reception.
