On Wednesday, in the morning, at ABC Studios, South Bank, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC attended an interview with ABC Radio Brisbane Breakfast presenters Craig Zonca and Rebecca Levingston.

In the afternoon, at Government House, His Excellency received the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to Australia, Her Excellency Mrs Nantana Sivakua, accompanied by First Secretary, Royal Thai Embassy, Mr Pawat Ruangvichatron, and Honorary Consul-General, Royal Thai Consulate-General in Queensland, Mr Andrew Park.

In the evening, at the Brisbane Club, Brisbane City, His Excellency and Mrs de Jersey attended the Royal Historical Society of Queensland’s 2018 Queensland Day Dinner, where the Governor presented the John Douglas Kerr Medal of Distinction.
