In the morning, at Mount Cotton, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC and Mrs Kaye de Jersey visited Sirromet Winery, hosted by Mr Terry Morris and Mrs Lurleen Morris, and toured winemaking operations, accompanied by Chief Winemaker, Mr Adam Chapman, and Restaurant Lurleen’s, accompanied by Executive Chef, Mr Andrew Mirosch.

In the evening, at the Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC), the Governor and Mrs de Jersey attended a performance of ‘Mother and Son’ by Geoffrey Atherden, presented by the Queensland Theatre Company.
