On Sunday, in the evening, onboard the USS Ronald Reagan, Port of Brisbane, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC and Mrs Kaye de Jersey attended a reception in celebration of the 243rd year of American Independence, and the Governor addressed guests.
