On Friday, in the afternoon, at Government House, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC and Mrs Kaye de Jersey hosted a luncheon for Chancellors of the Anglican and Catholic Dioceses, and the Governor addressed guests.

Following, at Graceville, His Excellency attended the official launch of the centenary of the Graceville Bowls Club, and the Governor addressed guests.

In the evening, at the Queensland Performing Arts Centre, South Bank, His Excellency and Mrs de Jersey attended a performance of Jersey Boys.
