On Thursday, in the morning, at Government House, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC CVO greeted members of the public visiting for a guided tour of the House and gardens.

Following, at 1 William Street, His Excellency presided at a meeting of the Executive Council.

In the afternoon, at Government House, His Excellency greeted members of the public visiting for a guided tour of the House and gardens.

Following, at Government House, His Excellency and Mrs Kaye de Jersey hosted an afternoon reception in recognition of the service of retiring Queensland Government Air Pilots Captain John McGhie and Captain Gavin Turner, and the Governor addressed the guests.
