In the morning, at the Royal International Convention Centre, Bowen Hills, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC attended the Public Safety Portfolio International Women's Day event, and addressed guests.

In the afternoon, at Parliament House, the Governor presided over a meeting of the Executive Council.

Following, at Government House, the Governor and Mrs Kaye de Jersey hosted a Reception in support of International Women’s Day, and the Governor addressed guests.
