On Thursday, in the morning, at Government House, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM Professor Graeme Nimmo RFD hosted a Community Bush Walk and the Governor addressed the guests.

Following, at 1 William Street, Brisbane, Her Excellency presided at a meeting of Executive Council.

Following, Her Excellency and Professor Nimmo departed Brisbane for Official travel to Cairns Regional Council.

Following, at Government House, students from Byron Bay Public School visited for a tour of the estate and house.

In the evening, at The Benson Hotel, Cairns, Her Excellency, and Professor Nimmo attended the 2022 Cairns Amateurs Carnival – President’s Cocktails and VIP Welcome Function and the Governor addressed guests.
