On Thursday, in the afternoon, at Government House, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young PSM and Professor Graeme Nimmo RFD received Members of Parliament for the Presentation of the Address-in-Reply for the 57th Parliament of Queensland.

Following, at Government House, Her Excellency presided at a meeting of the Executive Council.

In the evening, at Government House, Her Excellency and Professor Nimmo hosted a Reception to celebrate Christmas, and the Governor addressed guests.
