On Thursday, in the morning, at Government House, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM and Professor Graeme Nimmo RFD received the High Commissioner of the Republic of Nauru to Australia, Her Excellency Mrs Camilla Solomon and the First Secretary to the High Commissioner of the Republic of Nauru to Australia, Ms Kellen Deiye.

 

Following, at 1 William Street, Her Excellency presided over a meeting of Executive Council.

 

In the afternoon, at Government House, Her Excellency and Professor Nimmo received

Mr Andrew Donne, Chief Executive Officer, Queensland Cancer Council, Professor Joanne Aitken, Head of Research, Queensland Cancer Council and Ms Balveen Ajimal, Chief Operations Officer, Queensland Cancer Council.  

 

In the evening, at Brisbane City Hall, Her Excellency and Professor Nimmo attended the Chinese New Year Gala Dinner, and the Governor addressed guests.
