On Commonwealth Day, in the afternoon, at Government House, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC and Mrs Kaye de Jersey hosted an afternoon tea in support of the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games Corporation, where the Governor delivered the Commonwealth Day message from Her Majesty The Queen.
