On Wednesday, in the morning, at Brisbane Markets, Rocklea, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young PSM toured the facilities, met with vendors and received a briefing on the Brisbane flood event and recovery.  

Following, in the morning, at Government House, Her Excellency greeted members of Universal Education and Multicultural Exchange Association visiting for a guided tour of the House and Gardens. 

Following, in the afternoon, at Somerville House, South Brisbane, Her Excellency attended the Student Assembly celebrating International Women’s Day and addressed guests.
