On Thursday, in the afternoon, at Parliament House, Brisbane, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC presided at a meeting of the Executive Council of Queensland.
Following, at Government House, the Governor and Mrs Kaye de Jersey hosted an afternoon tea in support of Spinal Life Australia, where His Excellency addressed guests and presented certificates to long-term volunteers.
In the evening, in Hamilton, Brisbane, the Governor and Mrs de Jersey attended a reception in celebration of the birthday of His Imperial Majesty the Emperor of Japan where His Excellency addressed guests.
