On Tuesday, in the morning, at Government House, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC and Mrs Kaye de Jersey hosted a morning tea to mark the commencement of October as Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and the Governor addressed guests. 

In the afternoon, at Government House, His Excellency attended an interview with ABC Radio Gold Coast Drive presenter, Ms Cathy Border.

Following, at Government House, His Excellency presided at a meeting of the Executive Council.

Following, at Government House, His Excellency and Mrs de Jersey hosted an afternoon tea for Council on the Ageing (COTA) Queensland on International Day of Older Persons, and the Governor addressed guests.
