On Wednesday, in the morning, at Multicap, Eight Mile Plains, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC, with Mrs Kaye de Jersey, officially opened ‘Ford House’ and addressed guests.

In the evening, at Tattersall’s Club, Brisbane, the Governor attended the St Patrick’s Day Eve Dinner.
