On Saturday, in the morning, at Parliament House, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young PSM opened the Centenary of the Abolition of the Legislative Council Seminar.  

In the evening, at Brisbane City Hall, Brisbane City, Her Excellency and Professor Graeme Nimmo RFD attended the 17th annual Dance for Daniel, and Her Excellency addressed guests.
