On Tuesday, in the afternoon, at Government House, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC hosted a Luncheon for Vice-Regal Medical and Humanitarian Patronage Organisations, and the Governor addressed guests.

Following, at Government House, His Excellency and Mrs de Jersey received High Commissioner of New Zealand to Australia, Her Excellency the Honourable Dame Annette King DNZM and Mr Raymond Lind, accompanied by Consul-General for New Zealand, Mr Bill Dobbie.

Following, at Government House, His Excellency and Mrs de Jersey hosted an Afternoon Tea in support of the New Zealand Community, and the Governor addressed guests.

In the evening, at the Queensland Performing Arts Centre, South Brisbane, His Excellency and Mrs de Jersey attended Opera Queensland’s opening night performance of ‘A Flowering Tree’.
