On Friday, in the morning, at Government House, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC and Mrs Kaye de Jersey hosted a morning tea in support of Autism Queensland where the Governor addressed guests and presented the 2016 Creative Futures Recognition Awards.

In the afternoon, at Santos Place, Brisbane, the Governor attended the Northbank Chambers Christmas Drinks for past and present members of Chambers.
