On Monday, in the afternoon, at Eagle Farm Racecourse, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC, Administrator of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, and Mrs Kaye de Jersey attended a ceremony at which His Excellency addressed guests and unveiled an Engineering Heritage International Marker and plaque commemorating the Julius Totalisator, the earliest known on-line real-time data and computation system.
