On Tuesday, in the morning, at Queens Park, Ipswich, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC and Mrs Kaye de Jersey attended Playgroup Queensland's National Playgroup Week event where the Governor addressed guests.
In the afternoon, at Government House, the Governor and Mrs de Jersey welcomed overnight guests His Excellency Mr Sumio Kusaka, Ambassador of Japan to Australia, and Mrs Ikuko Kusaka.
In the evening, the Governor and Mrs de Jersey hosted a dinner in support of Queensland-Japan relations.
