On Tuesday, in the morning, at Government House, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC received His Excellency Dr Michael Pulch, Ambassador of the European Union to Australia, Mrs Gabriele Pulch and Mr Fabio Spadi, Counsellor, Delegation of the European Union.

Following, at Government House, the Governor greeted students and staff of Merrimac State High School visiting for morning tea and a guided tour of the House and gardens.

In the afternoon, at the Headquarters of the Royal Automobile Club of Queensland (RACQ), Eight Mile Plains, the Governor met RACQ staff and toured operations.

In the evening, at Government House, the Governor and Mrs de Jersey hosted the 2017 Scouts Queensland Awards Presentation where His Excellency addressed guests and presented Awards.
